Known as the Nevada Occupational Safety and Health Act
The act spans §§ 618–618 (205 sections).
(Added to NRS by 2009, 2421)
to 618.990, inclusive, to Department of Transportation. The provisions of NRS 618.950 to 618.990, inclusive, do not apply to:
1. The Department of Transportation; or
2. An employee of the Department of Transportation while performing his or her duties as an employee of the Department.
