NRS 628B.920

Use of term “private professional guardian” or “guardianship services” as part of business name or in advertising by unlicensed person prohibited

(Added to NRS by 2015, 2345; A 2017, 2434)

A person who does not have a license issued pursuant to this chapter shall not:

1. Use the term “private professional guardian” or “guardianship services” as a part of the person’s business name.

2. Advertise or use any sign which includes the term “private professional guardian.”
