NRS 630.132

Board required to provide quarterly list of licensed physician assistants to State Board of Osteopathic Medicine and to share certain other information

(Added to NRS by 2021, 756; A 2025, 1597)

1. On or before the last day of each quarter, the Board shall provide to the State Board of Osteopathic Medicine a list of all physician assistants licensed by the Board.

2. The Board and the State Board of Osteopathic Medicine shall share information as necessary to enforce the provisions of NRS 630.2677, 630.2735, 630.2755, 633.4332, 633.438 and 633.4718.
