False oath or affirmation; fraudulent representation to obtain license; penalty

[16:364:1955]—(NRS A 1989, 1580)

A person who makes a willfully false oath or affirmation in any case in which an oath or affirmation is required by this chapter, or who obtains or attempts to obtain a license by any fraudulent representation, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
