NRS 640A.140

Application for license

1. Except as otherwise provided in NRS 640A.165, 640A.166 and 640A.168, a person who desires to be licensed by the Board as an occupational therapist or occupational therapy assistant must:

(a) Submit an application to the Board in the manner prescribed by the Board; and

(b) Provide evidence satisfactory to the Board that he or she possesses the qualifications required pursuant to NRS 640A.120.

2. The application must include all information required to complete the application.
