The Division may:
1. Accept gifts or grants of money to pay for the costs of administering the provisions of this chapter.
2. Enter into contracts with other public agencies and accept payment from those agencies to pay the expenses incurred by the Division in carrying out the provisions of this chapter relating to the practice of dietetics.
