Subpoenas; oaths

(Added to NRS by 2011, 1508; A 2025, 3758)

The Division may:

1. Issue subpoenas for the attendance of witnesses and the production of books, papers and documents; and

2. Administer oaths when taking testimony in any matter relating to the duties of the Division.
