1. The Board may, under the provisions of this chapter:
(a) Examine and pass upon the qualifications of the applicants for licensure.
(b) License qualified applicants.
(c) Register a person as a psychological trainee.
(d) Issue provisional licenses as a psychological assistant or psychological intern to qualified applicants.
(e) Revoke or suspend licenses, provisional licenses and registrations.
(f) Collect all fees and make disbursements pursuant to this chapter.
2. The member of the Board who is a representative of the general public shall not participate in preparing, conducting or grading any examination required by the Board.
