1. The Board shall establish a Behavioral Health and Wellness Practitioner Advisory Group consisting of persons familiar with the practice of behavioral health promotion and prevention to provide the Board with expertise and assistance relating to the regulation of behavioral health and wellness practitioners. The Board shall:
(a) Determine the number of members of the Advisory Group;
(b) Appoint the members of the Advisory Group;
(c) Establish the terms of the members of the Advisory Group; and
(d) Determine the duties of the Advisory Group.
2. The members of the Advisory Group serve without compensation.
