Limitation on time for completion of examination after issuance of order suspending license, registration or provisional license pending disciplinary proceedings

Notwithstanding the provisions of chapter 622A of NRS, if the Board, a panel of its members or a hearing officer issues an order suspending the license of a psychologist or behavioral health and wellness practitioner, the registration of a psychological trainee or the provisional license of a psychological assistant or psychological intern pending proceedings for disciplinary action and requires the psychologist, behavioral health and wellness practitioner, psychological assistant, psychological intern or psychological trainee to submit to a mental or physical examination or an examination of his or her competency to practice psychology or behavioral health promotion and prevention or to practice as a psychological assistant, psychological intern or psychological trainee, the examination must be conducted and the results obtained within 60 days after the Board, panel of its members or hearing officer issues the order.
