Restrictions on advertisement of work of students on public for pay

(Added to NRS by 1960, 317; A 1981, 1358; 2023, 895)

No school of cosmetology or student of cosmetology may advertise student work to the public for pay through any medium, including radio, unless the work advertised is:

1. Expressly designated as student’s work;

2. Performed within the school of cosmetology; and

3. Performed under the supervision of a licensed instructor of the school of cosmetology.
