NRS 644A.935

Unlawful advertising relating to education, licensing, registration or practice of cosmetology or threading

With regard to advertising relating to the education, licensing, registration or practice of cosmetology or threading:

1. It is unlawful to advertise in any manner that is misleading or inaccurate with respect to any services relating to the practice of cosmetology offered by a licensee, registrant or other natural person.

2. An advertisement must not state or imply favorable consideration by the Board except that an advertisement may state that a cosmetological establishment, school of cosmetology, licensee or registrant is licensed or registered by the Board.
