Statutory and common-law rights unaffected

(Added to NRS by 1973, 1312)

The provisions of this chapter do not limit any statutory or common-law right of any person to bring an action in any court for any act involved in the transaction of the escrow business or the right of the State to punish any person for any violation of any law.
