“Residence” defined

(Added to NRS by 2011, 3637)

“Residence” means a structure that contains not more than four individual units designed or intended for occupancy regardless of whether such a structure is attached to real property. The term includes an individual condominium unit, cooperative unit, mobile home or trailer used for occupancy.
