“Communication Access Realtime Translation” and “realtime captioning” defined

“Communication Access Realtime Translation” and “realtime captioning” mean the immediate, verbatim translation of the spoken word into English text using a stenographic machine or voice recognition software, and a computer and realtime captioning software.
