NRS 670B.120

“Student loan servicer” means any person, wherever located, responsible for the servicing of any student education loan to any student loan borrower. The term includes a licensee and a person who engages in student loan servicing without a license pursuant to subsection 2 of NRS 670B.200. The term does not include the Nevada System of Higher Education or the Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education.
