Surrender of license by licensee; surrender as affecting licensee’s liability

Known as the Nevada Installment Loan and Finance Act

The act spans §§ 675–675 (73 sections).

(Added to NRS by 1959, 236; A 1983, 1810; 1987, 1991)

Any licensee may surrender any license by delivering it to the Commissioner with written notice of its surrender, but a surrender does not affect his or her civil or criminal liability for acts committed prior thereto.
