Surrender of license by licensee; surrender as affecting licensee’s liability

Known as the Nevada Thrift Companies Act

The act spans §§ 677–677 (106 sections).

(Added to NRS by 1975, 1835; A 1983, 1824; 1987, 2006)

Any licensee may surrender any license by delivering it to the Commissioner with written notice of its surrender, but a surrender does not affect his or her civil or criminal liability for acts committed before the surrender.
