Approval or denial of application; notice of approval or denial. [Effective through December 31, 2029.]
(Added to NRS by 2025, 2704)
1. The Commissioner may approve or deny any application submitted pursuant to NRS 679B.475.
2. The Commissioner shall give the applicant written notice of the approval or denial of the application within 5 business days after the date of approval or denial.
