NRS 679B.630

Program to investigate acts or practices of fraud

(Added to NRS by 1983, 1384; A 1991, 1616; 1993, 1899)

The Commissioner shall establish a program within the Division to investigate any act or practice which:

1. Violates the provisions of NRS 686A.010 to 686A.310, inclusive; or

2. Defrauds or is an attempt to defraud an insurer.
