NRS 686A.027

Unfair or deceptive methods, acts or practices: Knowing access or use of contractual discount of provider of health care pursuant to provider network contract without applicable contractual relationship

It constitutes an unfair method of competition or an unfair or deceptive act or practice in the business of insurance to knowingly access or utilize a contractual discount of a provider of health care pursuant to a provider network contract without a contractual relationship with the provider of health care, health carrier or third party as specified in NRS 687B.693 to 687B.697, inclusive.
