“Plan for rating experience” defined

(Added to NRS by 1995, 2049)

“Plan for rating experience” means a procedure used to predict the future losses of an individual policyholder by measuring the past losses of the individual policyholder against the losses of other policyholders in the same classification to determine any prospective credit, debit or unitary modifications of premiums for the individual policyholder.
