“Rate” defined

(Added to NRS by 1995, 2049)

“Rate” means the cost of insurance based on a unit of exposure to liability before any adjustments are made for an individual employer’s losses, or expenses, or a combination of both. The term does not include minimum premiums charged by an insurer.
