Insurer prohibited from withholding or giving false or misleading information to Commissioner or Advisory Organization

(Added to NRS by 1995, 2055)

An insurer or other person shall not willfully withhold information from, or knowingly give false or misleading information to, the Commissioner or to the Advisory Organization, which will affect the rates, classifications of risks or Uniform Statistical Plan for industrial insurance.
