Assignment or delegation of rights and responsibilities without prior written consent prohibited

(Added to NRS by 2017, 2352)

Each contract entered into for the purposes of a network plan between a participating provider of health care and the health carrier must prohibit the health carrier and the participating provider of health care from assigning or delegating the rights and responsibilities of either party under the contract without the prior written consent of the other party.
