“Burial merchandise” defined

(Added to NRS by 1987, 1251)

“Burial merchandise” means those items normally supplied by a cemetery authority under a preneed sales agreement, including urns, memorials, scrolls, vases, foundations, bases and other similar merchandise, but does not include the sale of space for interment, entombment or inurnment.
