1. The Director of the Authority and the Director of the Department of Human Services shall collaborate to ensure that the Exchange coordinates with Medicaid, the Children’s Health Insurance Program and any other applicable state or local social service programs to create a single point of entry for users of the Exchange who are eligible for such programs and to promote continuity of coverage and care.
2. As used in this section, “Children’s Health Insurance Program” has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 422.021.
