License: Form and contents
Known as the Motor Club Law
The act spans §§ 696–696 (38 sections).
(Added to NRS by 1971, 1882)
The Commissioner shall prescribe the form of the club agent’s license, but it shall contain:
1. The name of the licensee and the business address of the licensee.
2. The date of issuance and the date of expiration.
3. The name of the represented motor club.
