“Decorative gas fireplace” means a vented fireplace, including, without limitation, an appliance that is freestanding, recessed or zero clearance or a gas fireplace insert, that is:
1. Fueled by natural gas or propane;
2. Marked for decorative use only; and
3. Not equipped with a thermostat or intended for use as a heater.
