“Application to make changes in any schedule” and “application” defined
Known as the Utility Environmental Protection Act
The act spans §§ 704–704 (414 sections).

“Application to make changes in any schedule” and “application” include, without limitation:
1. A general rate application;
2. An application to recover the cost of purchased fuel, purchased power, or natural gas purchased for resale;
3. An annual deferred energy accounting adjustment application; and
4. An annual rate adjustment application.
