NRS 704.657

Public utility required to refund overcharges with interest

Known as the Utility Environmental Protection Act

The act spans §§ 704–704 (414 sections).

(Added to NRS by 2025, 3800)

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, if the Commission determines that a utility has charged a customer more than any applicable rate or tariff allows, the utility shall refund to the customer, with interest, the full amount of any overcharge.
