NRS 704.7364

“Cost effective” defined

Known as the Utility Environmental Protection Act

The act spans §§ 704–704 (414 sections).

“Cost effective” means an energy efficiency plan or energy efficiency program has a benefit-cost ratio of 1.0 or greater as determined by the Commission, using a test of the cost effectiveness of the plan or program that:

1. Is selected by the Commission; and

2. Accounts for any non-energy benefits of the plan or program.
