“Biogas” defined

Known as the Utility Environmental Protection Act

“Biogas” means a mixture consisting primarily of methane and carbon dioxide that is produced by the anaerobic digestion with anaerobic bacteria or fermentation of biodegradable materials, including, without limitation, biomass, manure, plant material, sewage and landfill waste.
