“Time-of-use meter” defined

(Added to NRS by 2001, 3225)

“Time-of-use meter” means a meter that:

1. Measures and records the electric demand, energy and power factor on 15-minute intervals; and

2. Is suitable for use with an electric demand of 1 megawatt or more.
