The remedies of the State provided for in NRS 706.011 to 706.861, inclusive, are cumulative, and no action taken by the Department or Authority may be construed to be an election on the part of the State or any of its officers to pursue any remedy under NRS 706.011 to 706.861, inclusive, to the exclusion of any other remedy for which provision is made in NRS 706.011 to 706.861, inclusive.
