NRS 75.180

Secretary of State prohibited from collecting or disclosing certain information identifying certain donors. [Effective July 1, 2027.]

(Added to NRS by 2025, 628, effective July 1, 2027)

Pursuant to NRS 239B.027, in carrying out the requirements of this title, the Secretary of State shall not collect or disclose any information that directly identifies a person as a donor of financial support to a nonprofit organization.
