If a foreign corporation doing business in this State maintains and keeps in the State a registered agent as provided by NRS 80.060 and files or has microfilmed the papers, records and instruments required by NRS 80.010 to 80.040, inclusive, the foreign corporation is entitled to the benefit of the laws of this State limiting the time for the commencement of civil actions.
