“Foreign registered limited-liability limited partnership” defined
Known as the Uniform Limited Partnership Act
The act spans §§ 87–87 (147 sections).

“Foreign registered limited-liability limited partnership” means a foreign limited-liability limited partnership:
1. Formed pursuant to an agreement governed by the laws of another state; and
2. Registered pursuant to and complying with NRS 87A.535 to 87A.625, inclusive, and 87A.655.
