“Fund” defined

Known as the Uniform Securities Act

The act spans §§ 90–90 (122 sections).

As used in NRS 90.701 to 90.709, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, “Fund” means the Fund for the Compensation of Victims of Securities Fraud created by NRS 90.705.
