§ 15.19. Application of the article. This article shall apply to the\nvisual art objects governed by this article which are sold, offered for\nsale, consigned or possessed with intent to sell in, into or from this\nstate. With respect to such multiples compliance with this article shall\ncommence six months after January first, nineteen hundred eighty-five.\n
