N.Y. Arts and Cultural Affairs Law § 54.03

§ 54.03. Definitions. When used or referred to in this title, unless a\ndifferent meaning clearly appears from the context, the terms listed\nbelow shall have the following meanings:\n 1. "Trust" shall mean the trust created by section 54.05 of this\ntitle.\n 2. "Executive mansion" shall mean the lands and structures\nconstituting the executive residence of the governor at 138 Eagle Street\nin Albany, New York.\n 3. "Real property" shall mean lands, structures, franchise and\ninterest in lands and any and all things usually included within the\nsaid term. The term "real property" as used in this title, shall exclude\nthe executive mansion.\n
