§ 55.11. Examination of title. The title to all real property proposed\nto be acquired by the trust shall be examined and approved by the\nattorney general of the state who shall also furnish any and all\nnecessary legal services and advice required to assist the trust in\naccomplishing its corporate purposes.\n
