N.Y. Arts and Cultural Affairs Law § 59.03

§ 59.03. Definitions. As used or referred to in this title, unless a\ndifferent meaning clearly appears from the context,\n 1. The term "Planetarium Authority" shall mean the corporation created\nby section 59.05 of this chapter;\n 2. The term "planetarium" shall mean the planetarium herein authorized\nand shall include the building housing the same and all machinery,\nequipment, facilities and educational material incidental thereto;\n 3. The term "bonds" shall mean bonds issued by the authority pursuant\nto this title;\n 4. The term "board" shall mean the members of the board of directors\nof the Planetarium Authority.\n
