§ 204. Confirmation by board of supervisors. Confirmation of\nappointment of the head of any department or office when required, shall\nbe by affirmative vote of a majority of the whole number of members of\nthe board of supervisors taken at a regular meeting or at a special\nmeeting of the board of supervisors called for that purpose.\n
