N.Y. Alternative County Government Law § 702

§ 702. Laws repealed. Chapter eight hundred sixty-two of the laws of\nnineteen hundred thirty-seven, entitled "An act in relation to providing\nalternative forms of county government, constituting chapter eleven-a of\nthe consolidated laws," and all acts amendatory thereof or supplemental\nthereto, constituting the optional county government law, are hereby\nrepealed, except as otherwise provided herein. Such repeal shall take\neffect May fifteenth, nineteen hundred fifty-four.\n
