§ 135-c. Penalties. Any person who shall violate any of the provisions\nof this article or the rules and regulations duly adopted pursuant\nthereto shall be subject to the penalty provisions of section\nthirty-nine of this chapter, in addition to the remedies provided in\nthis article.\n
