§ 371. Regulations. The superintendent is hereby authorized and\nempowered to make such rules and regulations, and such specific rulings,\ndemands, and findings as he may deem necessary for the proper conduct of\nthe business authorized and licensed under and for the enforcement of\nthis article, in addition hereto and not inconsistent herewith.\n
