N.Y. Banking Law § 75-d

§ 75-d. List of facilities. Any banking institution which operates an\nautomated teller machine facility shall file a list of such facilities\nwith the department, including the street addresses, intersecting\nstreets, hours of operation, and the telephone number of the banking\ninstitution's security department. Such information shall also be filed\nwith the department with respect to each additional automated teller\nmachine facility within a reasonable time, as specified by the\nsuperintendent, from the date upon which such facility commences\noperation. The department shall make such list available on request of\nlocal law enforcement agencies and other local governmental entities.\n
