§ 1528. Foreign professional service corporation.\n No foreign professional service corporation shall engage in any\nbusiness in this state other than the rendering of the professional\nservices for which it is incorporated and is authorized to do business\nin this state; provided that such corporation may invest its funds in\nreal estate, mortgages, stocks, bonds or any other type of investments.\n
