§ 77. Copy of clearance. The corporation, or its representative\nissuing a clearance or with whom a clearance is filed, shall, when\nrequested, furnish a copy thereof, with any additional cargo entered\nthereupon and the several indorsements, if any, which copy shall have\nthe same validity and effect as the original clearance of which it is a\ncopy.\n
